RETURN POLICY

  At Hair Loss Solutions GV, our goal is to help you find the perfect hairpiece. We offer assistance in trying on pieces during a scheduled appointment to ensure you're completely satisfied before purchase. However, if you change your mind after leaving the store, please consider our return policy.

1. Return Window: Returns are ONLY accepted for “In stock carry-out” items within 14 days of the purchase date for a 50% refund and a 50% store credit, provided that the hairpiece is in its original, unworn condition (tried on but not worn) with all tags and packaging intact. 

2. Returnable for store credit: Special-order wigs, toppers, or hairpieces. A Special-order is a specific item custom ordered that is not in our current stock. 

3. Non-Returnable Items: Any items that have been altered, cut, colored, or custom styled, are not returnable or refundable. As well as hairpieces worn out of the store.

4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your reason for returning the item. We will review your purchase information and proceed according to our return policy.

5. Refunds: Once the return is approved and the item is inspected, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. In some cases, a store credit may be issued.
