Each appointment is a personal experience with your stylist, who’s here to listen, guide, and help you find the best solutions for your needs. Because your stylist reserves this time just for you, a credit card is needed to hold your appointment. Payment for services goes directly to your stylist for her time, expertise, and care.
Private 30 minute Appointment
This consultation appointment with your personal stylist includes collecting information about your personal experience with hair loss and as well as discuss your desired look. *This appointment does not allow for trying on samples. It is for obtaining information only.
Private 60 minute Appointment
This consultation time includes an assessment as well as trying on toppers, wigs or clip in extensions with your stylist to find the best fit for your current need. We will search our stock or navigate the extensive world of wigs and available options.

A pre-order item is any hairpiece outside of our stock items that is ordered through HLSGV during your visit.
Custom-Order Item
A custom order refers to any hairpiece sourced outside of our in-stock inventory and requires additional search, coordination, and communication with you to find the perfect match. Once the piece is selected, the full purchase amount will be charged to your card on file. Returns are not accepted on custom orders.
